Of Bedtimes and Boredom

I

am

so

Bored.

There, I said it. None of us here like to use the word "Bored" because whenever mom and dad hear us complaining about being "Bored" they would give us something to do.

Something workish.

So recently Mom has been letting Caleb and I stay up until eleven o'clock (Caleb only on alternating nights) to play on the computer/Wii. At first is was really nice, we were all like "OMIGOODNESS WE CAN STAY UP UNTIL LIKE MIDNIGHT!!!!!!". On the days that Caleb was sent to bed I would play LEGO Universe, and on the days he could stay up I would play on the Wii and he would play LEGO Universe. It worked pretty well.

Eventually, however, I lost interest in LEGO Universe because of a combination between a bad game mechanic they added (Ask me about the Level System. Go ahead. I dare you.) and a story line they slapped on for no reason that doesn't even makes sense (WE ALREADY HAVE NINJAS IN LEGO UNIVERSE! KEEP YOUR TECHNICOLORED PAJAMA-WEARING STEREOTYPES OUT OF MY FUN!) so I went back to playing Blockland, a sandbox building game with a community comparable to a box spiders of varying sizes and malice.

This worked for a few weeks when suddenly the creator of Blockland decided to update it, making the game open through a Launcher program. (There must be a reason for this, but I have yet to figure it out.) and it won't work on my computer, leaving me with nothing to do.

So after just one night of browsing wikipedia in utter and complete boredom, I've decided to hunker down and start a blog. if I'm lucky someone will read it. If I'm unlucky I'll die of cancer before I even turn eighteen.

That wasn't funny. Sorry.
